Though it may have been windier and or colder for the last couple of time trials, the fitness levels are improving and 16 of the 34 who had already ridden this season improved. The fastest rider for two of the last three weeks, Ron Amos, who we hope will shortly break the 20 minute barrier, has the distinction of being the most consistent in terms of his times. In terms of category performances, Hermann Kerckhoff made his third improvement in the 70-79 year old category in as many attempts. There was also a strong ride for Paul Datars, now in the 50-59 year old category, who can be expected to challenge Rick Sudac's VCM record which was set on that impressive night of 2004-Jul-29!
